Alabama Law Enforcement Officers’ Family Scholarship
To provide assistance for the cost of tuition and mandatory fees to undergraduate students attending an accredited public postsecondary vocational school, technical school, community, junior college, or university in the State of Alabama.
- Eligible to dependents of a qualifying law enforcement officer of any state, municipal, or county law enforcement department or agency in the State of Alabama employed for at least 15 years or separated no more than 10 years from full-time employment.
- A natural or adopted child under 24 years of age
- A current or surviving spouse who has not remarried
- Has resided in the State of Alabama for at least 5 preceding years
- Awards up to $2500 per semester
